Atelier of Aurora is a brand operated by Kramer Creative LLC, based in Arizona, United States. We currently provide services to U.S.-based clients. This policy covers this website and its application form. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to atelierofaurora@gmail.com.

Information you share

Our application asks for your name, email address, business name, website, information about your offer and goals, advertising experience, business readiness, service interests, investment readiness, and timing. Optional answers may include other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or confidential information about your clients.

We use these details to evaluate whether our services fit your needs, respond to your inquiry, and discuss a potential engagement. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

We may use AI-assisted tools, including OpenAI services, to summarize application details and prepare internal research about your business and publicly available competitor or advertising information. These tools may process your submitted answers to help us assess potential service needs. Their output is preliminary and supports human review; it does not make an automated acceptance decision. Internal application copies and research briefs may be delivered to our business email account.

How the form works

Our website processes your application and stores it in a private Google Sheet controlled by our business. Each submission includes a reference number and receipt time. The website uses a protected connection to send your answers; visitors cannot use that connection to view the sheet or retrieve applications.

For abuse prevention, the submission service uses your IP address, or your email address if an IP address is unavailable, to create a temporary coded rate-limit identifier. The form does not write your IP address into the application sheet. Hosting providers may separately process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs to operate and secure the website.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Google for application storage and the Sites hosting service and its infrastructure providers to deliver the website. These providers process information as needed to operate their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud. Application responses are not published on the website.

Human Design chart tool

The Human Design chart on our website is provided by Innaluma. When you enter information into that tool, you provide it to Innaluma. Please review Innaluma’s privacy policy before using it. Optional services offered by Innaluma are handled by that provider.

Cookies and advertising tools

Essential hosting or security features may use cookies or similar technology. We will update this notice if we introduce additional tracking tools and provide choices or obtain consent where required. The website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track settings.

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We retain application information as needed to review your inquiry, manage related communications and any resulting client relationship, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the law.

Security, children, and updates

We use access restrictions and a protected submission connection to help safeguard application information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for adult business owners and representatives, and is not directed to children under 13.
